随着新课程改革的不断深入,小学语文教学改革也取得了累累硕果,先进的理念、现代的设备、创新的模式都得到了广泛运用,教学成效得到了明显提升。在取得较大成绩的同时,我们也要看到,部分教师在对新课程理念的科学领悟方面做得不够,只是做到了形式上的到位,没有紧紧抓住新课程理念实质,导致教学改革工作浮在表面,实效性不高。针对这样的状况,广大小学语文教师应当引起足够的重视,认真对照自身教育教学工作,查找不足,深入改进,有效开展小学语文教学活动。
