采用原子吸收法测定荔枝果肉及其核中K, Na , Ca , Zn , Cu , Fe , Cr 和Mn 元素的含量, 对进一步研究荔枝中的微量元素和综合开发利用提供了参考的数据。
The contents of K, Na, Ca, Zn, Cu, Fe, Cr and Mn in litchi pulp and its nucleus were determined by atomic absorption spectrometry, which provided reference data for further study on the trace elements in litchi and its comprehensive utilization.
