目的评估娱乐场所推广100%安全套促进项目的实施效果。方法采用普查法对保山市昌宁县县城登记在册的娱乐场所及女性商业性工作者(Female Sex Workers,FSW)进行调查,用同一份国家标准行为监测问卷开展基线、中期、终期效果评估,比较,3期目标人群通过9种途径获得艾滋病相关知识的变化情况、艾滋病相关知识知晓率、安全套的可及性及需求程度、安全套使用率、自报告性病感染(STI)症状率的变化情况。结果通过7种途径获得艾滋病相关知识的FSW人群比例呈增长趋势(P<0.05);艾滋病相关知识知晓率由基线的56.3%升至中期的93.8%及终期的97.6%(P<0.05);安全套可及性及需求程度明显提高(P<0.05);最近1次发生商业性行为安全套使用率由基线的72.9%升至中期的98.1%及终期的99.0%(P<0.001);最近1月发生商业性行为使用安全套率由基线的32.6%升至中期的82.1%及终期的90.8%(P<0.001);自报告有性病症状率由基线的23.5%降至中期的17.9%及终期的9.4%(P<0.01)。结论干预后通过7种途径获得艾滋病相关知识的FCSWs人群比例显著增加,艾滋病相关知识知晓率、安全套使用率明显提高,自报告性病症状率明显下降,干预工作效果明显。
Objective To assess the effectiveness of the 100% condom promotion program in places of entertainment. Methods Census method was used to investigate enrolled places of entertainment and Female Sex Workers (FSW) in Changning County, Baoshan City. The same national standard behavior monitoring questionnaire was used to assess the baseline, mid-term and final results. , And the target population of the three groups received information on HIV / AIDS-related knowledge changes, awareness of AIDS-related knowledge, condom accessibility and need level, condom use rate, and self-reported STI symptom rate in nine ways. Results The proportion of FSW patients who acquired HIV / AIDS related knowledge showed an increasing trend (P <0.05). The awareness rate of AIDS related knowledge rose from 56.3% at baseline to 93.8% at the end of the term and 97.6% at the end (P <0.05). Condom availability and demand significantly increased (P <0.05); the incidence of commercial sexual condom use increased from 72.9% at baseline to 98.1% at the end of the period and 99.0% at the end (P <0.001) Rates of condom use for commercial sex activity rose from 32.6% at baseline to 82.1% at the end of the term and 90.8% at the end of the period (P <0.001); self-reported rates of STD decreased from 23.5% at baseline to 17.9% at the end of the interim period Period of 9.4% (P <0.01). Conclusions After intervention, the proportion of FCSWs with AIDS-related knowledge increased significantly through seven ways. The awareness rate of AIDS-related knowledge and the condom use rate were significantly increased. Symptoms of STIs decreased significantly and the intervention effect was obvious.
