本刊讯10月10日,第一太平戴维斯发布广州房地产市场第三季度报告指出,截止至第三季度,广州市优质零售物业的现有存量已达到353万平方米,2013年全年市场供应最预计超过68万平方米,与2011年的供应高峰期状况将基本持平。2013年第三季度,全市优质购物中心首层平均租金为每平方米每月704.1元人民币,环比下跌0.1%。

In the third quarter of 2013, the average rent of the prime shopping mall in the city was RMB 704.1 per sq m per month, down 0.1% qoq.
