没有进入过少数民族地区教室的老师永远不会体会到民族地区教学的艰难。在少数民族地区学生没上过幼儿园,没见过世面,国语不通。要在这样的情况下上好一课就必须的备好每一节课。如何备课、如何备好一节课是教师上好课的关键。著名特级教师于永正提出备课是由两方面构成的,即显性备课和隐身性备课。他认为显性备课是指写教案,而钻研教材、查阅资料、搜集信息、备学生、思考教法则是隐性备课。
