在钯络合物催化剂存在下,研究芳香硝基化合物一步还原羰基化为异氰酸酯的催化过程,考察了不同有机配体、无机助催剂以及催化剂制备方法对催化活性和选择性的影响。应用IR、NMR技术研究了钯络合物的结构,对还原羰基化催化机理进行了初步探讨。
In the presence of palladium complex catalyst, the catalytic reduction of carbonylation of aromatic nitro compounds to isocyanate was studied. The effects of different organic ligands, inorganic promoters and catalyst preparation methods on the catalytic activity and selectivity were investigated. The structure of palladium complex was studied by IR and NMR techniques and the catalytic mechanism of reductive carbonylation was discussed.
