为探讨氟砷联合作用对大鼠子代大脑超微结构的影响 ,采用两代一窝繁殖试验的方法 ,对染毒大鼠子代大脑组织进行了电镜观察 ,结果显示各染毒组脑神经组织在超微结构上均有一定程度的改变 ,并随染毒剂量增加 ,病变程度加重 ,但脱毒组有所好转 ,试验证明氟砷联合作用对大鼠子代脑组织有一定的影响 In order to investigate the effect of fluorine-arsenic combined effect on the ultrastructure of the rat offspring brain, using two generations of a litter breeding test, the brain tissue of the treated offspring rats were observed by electron microscopy.
