目的探讨综合护理干预对中小学生体检晕针发生的影响。方法将2011年至2012年24052例大型中小学生体检的学生设为试验组,与2009年至2010年22990例大型中小学生体检的学生设为对照组,对照组实施常规的护理模式,试验组实施综合护理干预,包括体检前宣教,体检模式创新,抽血室环境改良及范围缩小,抽血时实施放松技巧等一系列护理干预。结果试验组的学生体检抽血发生晕针的比率显著减少(P<0.05),小学生与中学生比较,发生晕针的比率差异显著(P<0.05)。结论对体检的中小学生实施心理上、精神上、群体效应上综合护理干预,对预防体检抽血时晕针有重要作用,专业的护理和良好的组织管理能明显降低中小学生抽血晕针的发生率,保证体检质量及提高工作效率。“,”Objective: To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on primary and secondary school students in examination syncope occurred.
