近年来,研究者在肿瘤发生发展的相关研究中发现,microRNA-664(miR-664)很可能是一个在肿瘤发展进程中发挥重要作用的miRNA。和肿瘤周围的正常组织相比,在不同的肿瘤组织中,miR-664的表达水平有些出现升高,有些出现降低,因此,其在不同肿瘤中发挥的生物学功能也不尽相同。相关研究证实,miR-664可影响细胞的增殖、周期调控、再生等过程,而其在代谢、凋亡和自噬等生物学功能中发挥何种作用仍需进一步深入探究。更加系统的深入研究miR-664将有助于发掘其在基因靶向诊断与治疗领域中的应用。
In recent years, researchers found that microRNA-664 (miR-664) is probably a miRNA that plays an important role in the process of tumor progression. Compared with the normal tissue around the tumor, the expression level of miR-664 in some tumor tissues is somewhat higher and some is lower, so the biological functions of miR-664 in different tumors are also different. Related studies confirmed that miR-664 can affect cell proliferation, cycle regulation, regeneration and other processes, and its role in the biological functions such as metabolism, apoptosis and autophagy still need to be further explored. A more systematic and in-depth study of miR-664 will help discover its applications in the field of gene-targeted diagnostics and therapeutics.
