劳动者享有取得劳动报酬的权利,是《劳动法》赋予所有劳动者的神圣权利;用人单位依法按时足额支付劳动者劳动报酬,是所有用人单位的义责。因此,对用人单位和劳动者双方来说,尽可能多些了解国家和地方所制定的工资支付方面的法律、法规、政策,既可以明确各自享受的权利,又可以增强彼此的责任感,在维护自身合法权益的同时,避免发生不必要的劳资争议。工资支付过程中的问题,从大的角度而言,主要包括四个方面问题,除本文所辑录的之外,还有一个是涉及延长工作时间时应支付给劳动者的加班加点工资。对这一概念,本刊将在下期“政策信箱”介
The right of laborers to obtain remuneration for work is the sacred right granted to all laborers by the Labor Law. The employer's obligation to pay laborers on time and in full according to law is the responsibility of all employers. Therefore, as far as possible, both the employer and the laborer should understand the laws, regulations and policies on wages paid by the state and local governments so as to clarify the rights enjoyed by each and to enhance each other's sense of responsibility.
