目的考察凹凸棒作为吸附澄清剂,对中药水煎提取液中有效成分绿原酸与牛蒡苷的吸附影响和对无效成分的吸附去除作用。方法以绿原酸及牛蒡苷的含量、浸出物含量和溶液澄清度为指标,分别用不同浓度的普通凹凸棒石、酸化凹凸棒石以及自然放置方法处理中药金银花、牛蒡子及银翘解毒颗粒水煎提取液,考察普通凹凸棒和酸化凹凸棒对中药水煎液中绿原酸与牛蒡苷的吸附影响以及对无效成分的去除作用。结果凹凸棒对无效成分具有较明显的吸附清除作用,对绿原酸的保留较好,对牛蒡苷有一定的吸附影响,酸化凹凸棒去除无效成分的效果优于普通凹凸棒。结论凹凸棒可作为银翘解毒颗粒水煎提取液的吸附澄清剂,尤其是酸化凹凸棒值得作进一步的表面结构修饰研究,以优化其吸附澄清效果。
Objective To investigate the effect of attapulgite as an adsorbent clarifier on the adsorption of chlorogenic acid and calendin from the decoction extract of traditional Chinese medicine and the adsorption and removal of inactive components. Methods The contents of chlorogenic acid and aristorin, content of leachate and solution clarity were used as indexes to treat the honeysuckle, burdock and Yinqiaojiedu granules with different concentration of ordinary attapulgite, acidified attapulgite and natural placement method. The decoction extract was used to investigate the effect of common attapulgite and acidified attapulgite on the adsorption of chlorogenic acid and calendin in decoction of traditional Chinese medicine and the removal of ineffective components. Results The attapulgite had obvious adsorption and removal effect on the ineffective components, and had better retention of chlorogenic acid. It had a certain adsorption effect on the bovine anthraquinone, and the effect of acidifying the attapulgite on removing the ineffective components was better than that of the ordinary attapulgite rod. Conclusion The attapulgite can be used as the adsorbent clarifier for the decoction of Yinqiaojiedu Granules, especially the acidified attapulgite is worthy of further research on surface modification to optimize its adsorption and clarification.
