分析了造成幼儿教师幸福感降低的原因和由此可能带来的负面影响,提出由内而外进行强化心理保健、避免职业倦怠的方法。在教师自身调整方面,通过调整心态,用心去欣赏幼儿、尊重家长,同时带班班长做到“勤、耐、专”等,去感悟幸福;在环境调整方面,通过专业引领,加上良好的班级管理,让教师去体验品味幸福;最终形成良好的班风,使班级幸福感形成良性循环。
Analyzes the reasons for the decrease of the happiness of kindergarten teachers and the possible negative effects, and puts forward the method of strengthening mental health from the inside out and avoiding occupational burnout. In terms of teachers’ self-adjustment, they can perceive happiness by adjusting their attitude, trying hard to appreciate children, respecting parents, and bringing their class leaders to “diligently, patiently and professionally”; in terms of environmental adjustment, through professional guidance and good Class management, so that teachers to experience the taste of happiness; the final form a good class, so that the formation of a virtuous class of happiness cycle.
