输精管结扎是世界范围内广泛应用的避孕措施,但输精管结扎对前列腺AR的影响尚未见报道。本文以日本大耳白兔分成输精管结扎组和假手术组,分别应用放免分析法、放射配体结合法和斑点印迹法对比观察了两组动物血浆睾酮水平、前列腺睾酮结合容量和前列腺ARmRNA的变化。结果发现输精管结扎后6月,血浆睾酮降低的同时。前列腺睾酮结合容量升高,ARmRNA水平降低。结扎后25月,血浆睾酮、前列腺睾酮结合容量、ARIRNA与对照组比较无明显差异。这说明输精管结扎早期血浆睾酮、前列除睾酮结合容量、ARmRNA的变化只是暂时性的。
Vasectomy is a widely used contraceptive method worldwide, but the effect of vasectomy on prostate AR has not been reported yet. In this paper, Japanese white rabbits were divided into vasectomy group and sham operation group. Radioimmunoassay, radioligand binding and dot blot were used to observe the changes of plasma testosterone level, prostate testosterone binding capacity and prostate AR mRNA . The results showed that vas deferens in June after ligation, plasma testosterone decreased at the same time. Prostate testosterone binding capacity increased, AR mRNA levels decreased. At 25 months after ligation, there was no significant difference in plasma testosterone, testosterone-binding capacity, and ARIRNA between the two groups. This shows that early vas deferens ligation of plasma testosterone, in addition to testosterone binding capacity, AR mRNA changes only temporary.
