随着金融市场体系的不断完善，乡镇企业投资主体呈现多元化，筹资方式多种多样。筹资方式可概括为自有资本筹资和债务资本筹资，这两者筹资额的比例关系称为企业的资本结构。不同的资本结构形成不同的企业价值和财务风险。不合理的资本结构使筹资失败，或降低企业价值。
