当利息税改革的话题再度进入人们视野的时候,有三个基本的认识误区亟待澄清。利息税改革不该用来满足暂时性的宏观调控的需要;利息税不能当作宏观调控的手段来滥用;利息税的消除不会带来所期待的溢出效应。
When the topic of interest tax reform re-entered the people’s perspective, there are three basic misunderstandings need to be clarified. Interest tax reform should not be used to meet the needs of a temporary macro-control; interest tax can not be used as a macro-control measures to abuse; interest tax elimination will not bring the expected spillover effect.
