从LEC的角度出发,分析汽包锅炉冷态启动优化工作。为保证计算的精度,采用有限元方法启动过程中汽包的应力。在启动优化工作中,从理论上分析了计算得出多阶段升温升压的合理性。为进一步量化对汽包寿命的控制,建立了基于寿命管理方式的汽包锅炉启动优化模型。在多阶段的离线启动优化中,引入模拟退火遗传算法,发挥其快速求解和优良的全局搜索能力的优势,解决了以往凭经验手工试算不能得到的最优解的困境。对于有限元算法不合适在线使用的情况,设计了基于MAS架构的软计算模型。建立了汽包寿命在线管理系统,可以进行冷态启动的在线管理。
From LEC’s point of view, analyze the start-up optimization of drum-type boiler in cold state.
