在分析比较R290、R22、R410A三种工质热力性能的基础上,对采用R290工质的空调器提出了优化设计原则。优化设计原则主要针对压缩机、冷凝器、蒸发器、节流装置四大部件:R290空调器的压缩机应增加排量;R290空调器的冷凝器可采用小管径换热器;R290空调器的蒸发器可采用小管径换热器;R290空调器的毛细管应比R22空调器的长约39%,比R410A空调器的短约44%。在提出R290空调器优化设计原则的同时,本文对保证R290空调器安全性提出了建议。
On the basis of analyzing and comparing the thermodynamic performance of the three working fluids R290, R22 and R410A, the optimal design principle of the air conditioner using R290 working fluid is proposed.
