目的:探讨提高护理教学查房质量的方法与体会。方法:开展专业学组护理骨干全院性教学查房,参加人员为全院护理人员,由各科室抽出30%的护士参加。设立专业学组护理骨干教学查房专家组,对查房内容进行指导,保证查房质量。结果:专业学组护理骨干教学查房能力及查房质量逐年提高;促进了全院护士专项技术的推广和解决技术难题的能力,临床专项护理技术检查成绩逐年提高;激发了护士的临床思维能力和求知欲;专业学组护理骨干的培养促进了军队医院护理梯队的建设和人才的储备;推动护士新业务、新技术、新理论的学习,提升护理人员的整体水平。结论:专业学组护理骨干通过全院性教学查房有助于护理骨干的成长,对军队医院护理梯队的建设和人才的储备具有重要意义。
Objective: To explore ways to improve the quality of nursing teaching ward and experience. Methods: To carry out the professional school nursing backbone hospital-wide teaching ward, participants for the hospital care staff, drawn by the departments 30% of nurses to participate. Set up professional learning group nursing teaching teaching expert group, on the ward content guidance, to ensure ward quality. Results: The quality of the round-the-back teaching rounds and the quality of the ward rounds in nursing students increased year by year; the ability of the nurses in the whole hospital to promote and solve the technical problems was enhanced; the examination results of the clinical special nursing techniques increased year by year; the nurses’ clinical thinking ability was stimulated And curiosity. The nurturing of nurses in specialized study groups has promoted the construction of nursing echelon and reserves of qualified personnel in military hospitals. Nursing practitioners have been encouraged to learn new business, new technologies and theories and improve the overall level of nurses. CONCLUSION: Nursing cadres of professional study groups are helpful to nurse the growth of nursing cadres through hospital-wide teaching rounds, and are of great significance to the construction of nursing echelon and reserves of qualified personnel in military hospitals.
