报告了４１例口腔粘膜良性局灶性黑色素性病损的临床病理特点。结果显示：本组病例女性多于男性（２∶１），平均年龄为３３岁。病变以唇粘膜最多见，牙龈次之。临床上病变呈局灶性，界限清楚，直径绝大多数不超过０．６ｃｍ。组织学观察，该组病例中口腔粘膜色素痣２１例（痣细胞痣１８例，普通蓝痣３例），交界变２例，口腔粘膜单纯雀斑样痣５例，口腔黑斑１３例。作者还就口腔黑斑，交界变等问题进行了讨论。
Reported 41 cases of oral mucosa of benign focal melanin lesions of the clinicopathological features. The results showed that: This group of women more than men (2: 1), with an average age of 33 years. Lesions to see the most common mucous membranes, followed by gums. Clinical lesions were focal, well-defined, the vast majority of the diameter does not exceed 0.6cm. Histological observation showed that 21 cases of oral mucosal nevi (nevus nevus in 18 cases, common nevius in 3 cases), junctional change in 2 cases, oral mucosa simple nevus in 5 cases and oral dark spot in 13 cases. The author also discussed oral dark spots, border changes and other issues.
