首先用光弹性实验测得凹模内壁的压力分布情况，然后用有限元优化方法设计组合凹模各圈直径及过盈量，最后用光弹性实验对优化结果进行验证。
Firstly, the pressure distribution on the inner wall of the die was measured by photoelastic experiment. Then, the diameter and the interference of each die were designed by the finite element method. Finally, the results were verified by photoelasticity experiment.
