肝性昏迷是肝脏功能不全的一种严重的合并症。目前尽管对肝性昏迷的机理尚不完全清楚,但是血氨浓度增高,脑氨中毒在肝昏迷,特别是外源性肝昏迷的发病因素中占有重要位置,在临床实践及动物实验资料中都得到证实。一般认为,血氨增高所致的脑中枢神经功能紊乱,主要是能量代谢障碍导致能量供应不足。本文采用几种参与能量代谢的物质,通过不同途径给予实验性氨中毒的家兔,观察其中毒过程的症状变化及血氨变动情况,并对其结果进行初步的分析和讨论。
