本文对中心受压焊接方管杆件的承载力进行了试验研究和理论分析。其试验包括:材料力学性能试验、焊接方管的残余应力测试、短柱试验和长柱试验,并对其试验数据进行了统计分析。理论分析包括:理想焊接方管杆件的承载力切线模量理论分析,和焊接方管杆件承载力的压溃理论分析。并对其两者都编写了电算程序,进行了上机计算。根据上述研究,提出了焊接方管杆件的承载力建议拄曲线,为修改(74)规范提供可靠数据基础。
This paper carries out experimental research and theoretical analysis on the bearing capacity of the pressure welded square pipe members in the center. The tests include: testing of mechanical properties of materials, testing of residual stresses in welded square tubes, short column tests and long column tests, and statistical analysis of test data. The theoretical analysis includes the theoretical analysis of the tangent modulus of the bearing capacity of the ideal welded square pipe and the analysis of the crushing theory of the bearing capacity of the welded square pipe. The computer program was written for both of them and the computer was calculated. Based on the above research, the proposed formula for the bearing capacity of welded square pipe members was proposed, providing a reliable data basis for the modification (74) specification.
