在北京市宣武区和其它区中的市立、机关、和街道办的15处托儿所进行“计划膳食”的研究,为期一年;观察改进膳食的营养质量对儿童身体发育的影响,把重点放在街道办的托儿所。通过对参加协作的托儿所中保健和其他有关人员的培训,使他们获得营养工作的基本知识,学会作膳食计划的方法。各托儿所的保健员每月月初在卫生局集中一次,对上月的膳食进行总结,计算儿童的营养素摄入量,交流经验,制定本月的膳食计划,由卫生局和我组工作人员进行辅导。经过一年工作的结果表明,能在不增加儿童伙食费的基础上,使儿童的营养素摄入水平和身体发育水平都有所提高。
A one-year study of “planned meals” was conducted in 15 nurseries in municipalities, agencies and neighborhood offices in Xuanwu District, Beijing and other districts; observing the impact of improving dietary nutritional quality on children’s physical development, focusing on Street nurseries. Training of health care and other relevant personnel in the nursery schools participating in the collaboration enables them to acquire basic knowledge of nutrition work and to learn how to make dietary plans. Health workers from each nursery school gather at the Health Bureau once a month early to summarize the previous month’s meals, calculate children’s nutrient intakes, share experiences and formulate this month’s meal plan, followed by counseling by the Department of Health and our team staff . After a year of work results show that children can increase their nutrient intake and physical development levels have been increased without increasing the cost of children’s meals.
