恶性黑色素瘤发生在肛管直肠比较少见。我院收治一例报道如下: 患者男性,43岁,工人。1979年3月1日入院。主诉肛周疼痛不适10个月,在当地医院诊断为“痔疮”,对症治疗症状有所缓解。6月以后症状加重,大便次数增加,但无脓血,肛门内有异物感。指检肛管内发现新生物,怀疑“肛管癌”转来我院。体格检查,心肺正常,腹软,肝脾不肿大,腹部无肿块,双侧腹股沟淋巴结不肿大。肛门指 Malignant melanoma occurs rarely in the anorectal rectum.
