在青藏高原的西南部有一片平均海拔在4500米以上凝重而神奇的土地。这就是——阿里。 噶尔位于阿里地区所在地狮泉河镇西南120公里处,是原西藏地方政府阿里总管府(通称噶尔本)所在地。噶尔是两个地方的合称;即“噶尔亚萨”和“噶尔昆萨”。“亚萨”指夏季居住的地方,“昆萨”指冬季居住的地方。由原西藏地方政府阿里总管府召集的一年一度的恰青在噶尔亚萨隆重举行,所以这一具有悠久历史的赛马、射箭、马术、物交、收稅为内容的大型活动被史称为噶尔恰青。
In the southwest of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau has a mean elevation of 4500 meters above the dignified and magical land. This is - Ali. Gar is located 120 kilometers southwest of Shiquanhe Town, where the Ali area is located, and is the seat of Ali Prefectural Government (formerly known as Karben), the former local Tibetan government. Gar is amalgamated in two places; namely, “Garhasa” and “Garcounta”. “Asa” refers to the summer residence, “Kundas” refers to the winter residence. The annual event, which was convened by the former government of Ali, the former local government of Tibet, was held in Karpathia. Therefore, this large-scale event with a long history of horse racing, archery, equestrianism, material exchange and tax collection is known as " Garcia Qing.
