测定了天然苦皮藤素与天然黄荆素混配对禾谷缢管蚜、麦长管蚜、麦二叉蚜和槐蚜的联合毒力,并筛选了药剂的最佳复配比例。结果表明,天然苦皮藤素与天然黄荆素复配具有增效作用。天然苦皮藤素与天然黄荆素提取物质量比为3∶1时,对4种蚜虫的联合增效作用最为显著,其共毒系数分别为245.5、261.9、245.2和251.1;杀虫谱比单剂更广。按最佳比例复配的混剂4%天然苦皮藤素·黄荆素EW对小麦蚜虫和槐蚜的小区田间效果分别为87.87%~90.03%和91.85%~92.84%,显著高于其单剂效果。
The combined virulence of natural celangulin with natural vitexin was determined and the combined toxicity of the compound was also screened.
