恶性淋巴瘤在国内的发病率逐年上升。我院1971～1986年间治疗93例,占全部1778例放射治疗恶性肿瘤患者的5.23%。前10年为51例,1981年以后的6年内为42例。其中89例均经病理证实,无病理诊断的4例系单纯纵隔型。随访66例,分别随访1～10年。 本组中男性67例,女性26例,男女之比为2.6:1。年龄5岁～76岁,以21～40岁最多,共39例,与国内报道相似。病程为1周～4年不等。病理分型为淋巴肉瘤52例,网织细胞肉瘤22例,何杰金氏病18例,蕈样霉菌病1例。 本组中临床分期按1965年国际何杰金氏病分 The incidence of malignant lymphoma in China increased year by year. 93 cases were treated in our hospital from 1971 to 1986, accounting for 5.23% of all 1,778 cases of radiotherapy malignant tumors. 51 cases in the first 10 years and 42 cases in 6 years after 1981.
