Resistance-temperature characteristics of armored SiC single crystal thermistors were tested in the reactor. The integral flux of thermal neutron flux of 2.9 × 10 ~ (14) neutrons / cm ~ 2 and fast neutron (energy≥1 trillion electronvolts) is 5.0 × 10 ~ (12) neutron / cm ~ 2 in the cumulative flux range, resistance - temperature characteristics do not vary with the irradiation flux. It can be used in reactor engineering.
