采用文献资料法和调查法对现代游泳技术与训练的发展方向进行了调查研究,发现现代游泳技术越来越向着精细化方向发展,而竞技游泳训练则向着多纬度方向发展。 By means of literature review and investigation, the research on the development of modern swimming technique and training has been carried out. It is found that the modern swimming technique is more and more refined, while the competitive swimming training is oriented towards multi-latitude.
