目的观察鼠神经生长因子注射头部运动区对痉挛型脑瘫患儿运动疗效。方法 90例痉挛型脑瘫患儿随机分为鼠神经生长因子注射组和综合康复对照组各45例,对照组给予综合康复包括功能训练、物理因子治疗及药物应用;注射组在上述治疗的基础上加鼠神经生长因子运动区注射。患儿治疗前、后采用粗大运动评价量表(GMFM)评价患儿功能区的运动功能,采用改良Ashworth痉挛量表评价痉挛程度并进行比较,观察两组的疗效差异。结果两组治疗后患儿的粗大运动评分增加,Ashworth分级减轻,两组治疗前、后比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中鼠神经生长因子运动区注射组优于对照组。结论鼠神经生长因子运动区注射组与综合康复对照组均可提高脑瘫患儿的运动功能,降低肌张力,但注射组要优于对照组,为脑瘫患儿治疗提供一种思路。
Objective To observe the motor effect of nerve growth factor (NGF) injection in the head movement area on children with spastic cerebral palsy. Methods Ninety children with spastic cerebral palsy were randomly divided into two groups, 45 rats in each group injected with nerve growth factor (NGF) and the comprehensive rehabilitation control group. The control group was given comprehensive rehabilitation including functional training, physical therapy and drug application. On the basis of the above treatment Injection of rat nerve growth factor motor area. Before and after treatment, the motor function of children’s functional area was assessed by GMFM, the degree of spasticity was evaluated by modified Ashworth’s Spasm Scale, and the differences between the two groups were observed. Results The scores of gross motor scores and Ashworth scores in both groups were increased after treatment. There was significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment (P <0.05). The injection group of motor neuron growth factor was superior to the control group. Conclusions Both injection group and comprehensive rehabilitation control group can improve motor function and reduce muscle tension in children with cerebral palsy, but the injection group is better than the control group, which provides an idea for the treatment of children with cerebral palsy.
