眼内猪囊尾蚴病２０例临床分析山西省眼科医院（０３０００２）孟美林，范永，王瑞妹眼内猪囊尾蚴病引起眼内较重的炎性反应，有严重的玻璃体混浊以致影响眼底检查，甚至造成眼球萎缩。我院自１９７８年１月至１９８７年１２月共收治住院眼内囊尾蚴病２０例，现报告如下。临床资料本组男Ｎ例，女８例，占住院病人的０．１２％；右眼１３例，左眼７例。发病年龄１５～４５岁，平均２９岁，发现症状到就诊天数，最短４天，最长１８０天，平均６９天。有食痘猪肉历史的３例，大便排出涤虫节片史１例，皮下结节５例。化验便涤虫卵阳性６例。未梢血嗜酸细胞数增高１２例（６０％），１８份病例记载有玻璃体混浊（９０％），继发性视网膜脱离１１例（５５％）。玻璃体内或视网膜下可见灰白色园形球状物，其周围有萤光环１１例（５５％）。检眼镜光照囊虫虫体蠕动１８例（９ｏ％）。临床诊断：视网膜下囊虫７眼，玻璃体囊虫１２眼，视网膜下囊虫进入玻璃体中１眼。１２例误诊均由基层医院转来（６０％）。误诊病名有：玻璃体混浊４眼，中心性视网膜炎２眼，视网膜脱离１眼，玻璃体出血１眼，渗出性脉络膜炎１眼，脉络膜肿物２眼，虹膜睫状体炎１眼。除４例因拒绝治疗出院外，在本院于手术治疗１６眼，完整取出

A history of foodpox pork in 3 cases, stool discharge Diwali film history in 1 case, 5 cases of subcutaneous nodules. 6 eggs were tested positive for parasitemia. There were 12 cases (60%) with increased number of eosinophils in the tip of the blood and 18 cases with vitreous opacity (90%) and 11 cases (55%) with secondary retinal detachment. Gray orbital spherical globular bodies were seen in the vitreous or in the retina, and there were 11 cases (55%) of fluorescent rings around them. Ophthalmoscopy cercariae cyst worm motility in 18 cases (9o%). Clinical diagnosis: 7 cases of subretinal cysticercosis, 12 cases of vitreous cyst, retinal cysticercosis into the vitreous in 1 eye. Twelve cases were misdiagnosed by the primary hospital (60%). Misdiagnosis names were: 4 eyes with vitreous opacity, 2 with central retinitis, 1 with retinal detachment, 1 with vitreous hemorrhage, 1 with exudative choroiditis, 2 with choroidal tumor and 1 with iridocyclitis.
