介绍了上海外滩源33号项目地下3层深基坑的工程概况,该基坑具有规模较大、周边环境复杂、地质条件较差及工期紧等特点。针对本基坑的特点,对历史保护建筑和古树采取了预保护措施,采用逆作法、管幕法等方法辅以节点加固、设置临时支撑等措施,取得了不错的工程效果。本工程监测数据的分析结果可为今后类似工程提供参考。
This paper introduces the general situation of the deep foundation pit with three stories in the project of Shanghai Bund source 33 project. The foundation pit has the characteristics of large scale, complex surrounding environment, poor geological conditions and tight construction period. According to the characteristics of the foundation pit, pre-protection measures are taken for the historic buildings and the ancient trees. Adopting counter-method, tube-curtain method and other methods combined with node reinforcement and setting temporary support, the project has achieved good engineering results. The analysis results of monitoring data of this project can provide reference for similar projects in the future.
