目的:建立注射用黄芩苷原料有关物质的检查方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为ODS C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水-磷酸(47:53:0.2),检测波长为280nm,柱温为35℃。结果:6批注射用黄芩苷原料有关物质含量均低于2.5%。结论:所建立的方法简便、灵敏、准确,可用于注射用黄芩苷原料有关物质的检查。
Objective: To establish a method for the examination of related substances of baicalin raw materials for injection. Methods: The column was ODS C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) with methanol-water-phosphoric acid (47:53: 0.2) as the mobile phase at a detection wavelength of 280 nm and a column temperature of 35 ℃ . Results: Six batches of baicalin for injection of raw materials related substances were less than 2.5%. Conclusion: The established method is simple, sensitive and accurate and can be used for the examination of baicalin raw materials for injection.
