本文首先考虑脉动风力的随机过程性,确定了脉动风力作用下结构随机风振效应的最大惯性力,导出了随机风振系数的概率分布函数;在此基础上,同时考虑平均风力的随机性、脉动风力的随机过程性及其对结构的随机动力效应,提出了等效随机静风荷载的模型、合理地假定了相应的概率分布函数并确定了与荷载设计标准对应的分布参数,从而为结构抗风可靠性分析提供了方便、实用的风荷载模型.
This paper first considers the stochastic procedural nature of fluctuating wind, determines the maximum inertial force of the random wind-induced vibration effect of the structure under the pulsating wind force, and derives the probability distribution function of the random wind-induced vibration coefficient. On this basis, the randomness of the average wind force is also considered. For the random process of fluctuating wind force and its stochastic dynamic effect on the structure, a model of equivalent random static wind load is proposed, the corresponding probability distribution function is reasonably assumed, and the distribution parameter corresponding to the load design standard is determined, thus the structure Wind resistance reliability analysis provides a convenient and practical wind load model.
