当外部市场经济发生危机,企业经营面临困难时,企业内部员工一方面会由于利益原因而出现消极怠工,另一方面也会因降薪和裁员的双重压力而心情浮躁,最终导致分工不明确、工作效率低等消极现象发生。与此同时,企业自身也需要借助经济严冬期积蓄力量,把经济萧条当做再发展的休整平台,以便在经济复苏时实现质的飞跃。从公司人力资源管理者的角度来看,针对如何在这种情况下处理好企业内部员工间关系的问题,笔者提出以下几大方面的策略,供企业管理者参考。
