长三角地域相联、人缘相亲、文化相通、经济相融,是我国经济最发达的地区之一,也是我国民营经济起步最早、发展最快、最具代表性的地区之一。长三角民营经济在市场经济大潮中经受了磨砺和考验,迅速成长,不断壮大,走出了一条极具特色的发展之路,创造了一个又一个奇迹,为长三角地区改革开放和经济社会发展作出了重大贡献!正当我们开始贯彻执行“十一五”规划,面对日益突出的体制性、结构性、创新性等深层次矛盾,面对日趋激烈的国内外市场竞争,我国民营经济进入了一个迫切需要脱胎换骨、转型升级的关键时期,浙、沪、苏、皖四省市政协携手合作,于2006年5月23日在杭州成立长三角(浙江)民营经济研究会,同时举办首届中国民营经济科学发展论坛。这对促进长三角地区合作和交流,推动民营企业产业升级和民营经济持续、健康发展,既是十分必要的,也是十分有益的。为此,本刊选载吴敬链、高尚全、保育钧、王珏、史晋川等五位著名经济学家在首届中国民营经济科学发展论坛上的演讲辞,以飨读者。
