共青团组织要充分发挥党的助手和后备军作用、党和政府联系青年群众的桥梁和纽带作用,必须加强自身建设。深入贯彻落实科学发展观,实现人的全面发展,应当是每个团干部努力的方向。为此,需要从细节做起,从我做起,以提高礼仪修养和弘扬中华民族传统优秀礼仪文化为切入点不断加强自身修养,不断提高服务青年群众工作的本领。唯其如此,才能全面提升共青团的整体形象,提高工作效率,促进和推动经济社会的和谐发展。
