目前公安机关基层基础工作存在思想认识观念短浅,体制机制脱离实情,动作模式远离群众,科技强警进展缓慢等问题。基层公安机关应从思想认识上贴近长远,体制机制上贴近实战,依靠力量上贴近百姓,工作效率上贴近科技,坚持“四贴近”来解决当前基层公安机关存在的问题。 At present, public security organs at the grassroots level have shortcomings in ideological understanding, institutional mechanisms are out of touch with the facts, the mode of operation is far from the masses, and the progress of the strong police in science and technology is slow. The grass-roots public security organs should approach ideology on a long-term basis, approach institutional mechanisms close to actual combat, rely on strength to approach the people, and work efficiency be close to science and technology and adhere to the principle of “four closerness” to solve the existing problems in grass-roots public security organs.
