2012年6月15日,我国卫生部和法国驻华大使馆在京联合举办了中法传统食品安全研讨会,研讨会主要面对食品安全政策制定者、风险评估专家、传统食品生产商、学术和研究机构等专业人士。卫生部食品安全综合协调与卫生监督局副局长陈锐、卫生部卫生监督中心副主任高小蔷等领导出席了研讨会。
On June 15, 2012, China’s Ministry of Health and the French Embassy in Beijing jointly organized a seminar on traditional food safety between China and France. The seminar mainly faced food safety policy makers, risk assessment experts, traditional food producers, academics and Research institutions and other professionals. Chen Rui, deputy director general of Food Safety Coordination and Health Inspection Bureau of the Ministry of Health, and Gao Qiang, deputy director of the Health Inspection Center of the Ministry of Health, attended the seminar.
