采用美国产OphthasonicA/BⅢ+眼科专用扫描仪对38例10岁以前单眼白内障患者进行A超自动生物测量限轴长度,双眼对比,直接接触法。结果:全部病例均有不同程度眼轴增长。其中15例先天性白内障患儿晶状体全部混浊者双眼眼轴长度差值(平均4.24mm)明显高于核性、绕核性及后极性白内障(平均1.4mm)。23例外伤性白内障患儿,5岁以前发病,病程超过半年者,眼轴即有明显增长;而6岁以后致病者,病程一年以上眼轴增长明显。提示:发病年龄越早,形觉剥夺持续时间越长,视野遮盖越完全,眼轴增长越明显。
Thirty-eight patients with monocular cataract before the age of 10 were subjected to A-ultrasound biomechanical limit-of-axis length, binocular contrast, and direct contact method using a U.S. Ophthalmic A / B III + ophthalmic scanner. Results: All patients had varying degrees of axial growth. Including 15 cases of congenital cataract in all patients with lens opacity ocular axial length difference (average 4.24mm) was significantly higher than the nuclear, nuclear and posterior polar cataract (average 1.4mm). 23 cases of traumatic cataract in children before the age of 5 years of onset, duration of more than six months, the axis of the eye has significantly increased; and 6-year-old disease, duration of more than one year axial significant growth. Tip: The earlier age of onset, the longer the duration of deprivation, the more complete coverage of vision, the more obvious axial growth.
