天然气作为一种高效、清洁的燃料,越来越受到社会各界的重视。随着2008年9月国家重点工程西气东输管道的全线通气,我国天然气的应用开始了一个新的里程,同时对天然气流量计量提出了新的要求。流量计量是供需双方进行贸易计量的依据,关系到双方能否公平的进行贸易结算和供需双方的经济利益。目前国内流量计量仪表种类繁多,例如标准孔板流量计、涡轮流量计、超声波流量计等。孔板流量计在进行流量计量过程中,不需要停止对天然气的输送,可随时提取孔板进行检查或更换,确保了计量的准确性与天然气传输工程中的连续性,操作简单方便,是目前国内外主流的天然气流量计。
