电热熔套补口技术已广泛应用于高密度聚乙烯外护硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料保温管的现场补口,热熔部位的拉剪强度和气密性是影响电热熔套补口质量的关键因素。为保证补口质量,以Ф365 mm高密度聚乙烯外护保温管为例,研究了焊接参数、冷却速率对电热熔套补口拉剪强度及气密性的影响。实验结果表明:只有选择合适的焊接参数,才能获得电热热熔套与主管体、电热熔套轴向搭接部位的最佳拉剪强度;快速冷却会导致热熔部位拉剪强度的降低,寒冷环境下施工需要采取保温措施;补口气密性不仅与焊接参数有关,而且在很大程度上受到现场施工的影响。结合试验情况,提出了电热熔套补口施工工艺控制要点。
The technology of electric fusion sleeve has been widely used in the on-site filling of high-density polyethylene outer rigid polyurethane foam insulation pipe. The tensile strength and air-tightness of the hot-melt part are the key factors affecting the quality of the electric fusion sleeve. In order to ensure the quality of splicing, the Ф365 mm high density polyethylene outer tube was taken as an example to study the influence of welding parameters and cooling rate on the tensile strength and gas-tightness of the electric fused sleeve. The experimental results show that the best tensile shear strength can be obtained only by selecting the appropriate welding parameters in the axial lap joint between the electric hot-melt sleeve and the main body and the electric hot-melt sleeve. The rapid cooling will lead to the decrease of the tensile strength of the hot-melt part and the cold Construction under the environment need to take insulation measures; filling port gas tightness not only with the welding parameters, but also to a large extent affected by the construction site. Combined with the experimental conditions, the control points of the construction process of the electric welding sleeve are put forward.
