Production and development, well-to-do life, civilized country style, clean and tidy village, democratic management. A new picture of this harmonious society started in Beibei District of Chongqing slowly. Through this picture, it is the unremitting pursuit of the civil affairs departments in Beibei District to build a new type of social assistance system and promote grassroots democratic politics.
