排样图设计是级进模设计中最重要的一部分,控制好零件变形先后次序是关键。根据引弧片结构按不同的基准面设计级进模排样,运用有限元对排样进行了变形应力分析,对不同排样的级进模结构进行了比较,总结出合理的排样,在此基础上设计了引弧片成形级进模。此级进模结构有效地控制了引弧片成形时材料流动,使工件变形形状饱满、平整,保证了产品质量。
Layout drawing design is the most important part of the progressive die design, control of the order of deformation of the parts is the key. According to the structure of the arc starter, the progressive die was designed according to the different datum planes. The deformation stress analysis was carried out by using the finite element method. The progressive die structures of different hedges were compared and the reasonable layout was summarized. Based on the design of the arc forming a progressive die. The progressive die structure effectively controls the flow of material during the forming of the arc starter so as to make the deformation shape of the workpiece full and smooth and ensure the product quality.
