绿篱施药法控制蚊蝇密度的应用研究

目的观察使用绿篱施药法在控制德州市城区蚊蝇密度的效果,为创建国家卫生城做好技术储备。方法分别设立试验区、对照区,估算对蚊蝇的防治效果,蚊类密度监测用诱蚊灯法,蝇类密度监测用格栅法(GB/T23796-2009)。结果用10%都灭微胶囊进行绿篱滞留喷洒后,监测72、120 h蝇密度,分别降低26.28%和40.11%,效果可以持续5 d,统计学处理表明,蝇类密度有明显下降(t=3.06,P<0.05);用2%溴氰菊酯水乳剂采用热烟法和超低容量喷雾法进行绿篱施药灭蝇后,对家蝇30 min的击倒率分别为75%和84.33%,24 h死亡率分别为73.33%和85.67%,统计学处理表明,试验组与对照组之间有非常显著的差异(t=8.06,P<0.01);用2%溴氰菊酯水乳剂进行绿篱施药杀灭成蚊后,其成蚊密度下降92.98%,统计学处理表明,施药后与施药前蚊虫密度有非常显著的差异(χ2=1 210.68,P<0.001)。结论绿篱施药法有效地控制了德州市城区蚊蝇密度,在创建国家卫生城方面发挥了重要作用,具有广泛的应用前景。 Objective To observe the effect of using hedgerow application method in controlling densities of mosquitoes in urban areas of Dezhou, and to make technical reserve for the establishment of a national health city. Methods The test area and control area were set up separately to evaluate the control effect on mosquitoes and flies, the mosquito density monitoring mosquito lamp method and the flies density monitoring grid method (GB / T23796-2009). Results The densities of flies at 72 and 120 h were monitored by spraying 10% demethylated microcapsules. The densities of flies at 72 and 120 h were decreased by 26.28% and 40.11%, respectively, and the effect lasted for 5 days. Statistical analysis showed that the densities of flies decreased significantly (t = 3.06, P <0.05). After spraying fenvalerate with 2% deltamethrin emulsions using hot-smoke and ultra-low volume aerosol, the knockdown rates of house flies for 30 min were 75% and 84.33% , Respectively. The 24 h mortality rate was 73.33% and 85.67% respectively. Statistical analysis showed that there was a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group (t = 8.06, P <0.01); with 2% deltamethrin aqueous emulsion The adult mosquito density dropped by 92.98% after the hedgehog was applied to kill adult mosquitoes. Statistical analysis showed that there was a very significant difference in mosquito density between the two treatments (χ2 = 1 210.68, P <0.001). Conclusion The hedgerow application method effectively controlled the density of mosquitoes and flies in urban area of ​​Dezhou and played an important role in creating a national health city with wide application prospect.
