在市场经济体制不断完善的背景下,我国建筑市场逐渐朝着正当方式竞争的方向发展,清单计价模式也得以深化与完善。在清单计价模式下实施建设工程造价的管理与控制,可以有效提高资金的利用率,降低工程造价,实现建设单位的投资效益和经济效益,进一步增强企业的市场竞争力。本文就对清单计价模式下建设工程造价的管理与控制进行分析。
Against the backdrop of continuous improvement of the market economy system, China’s construction market has gradually developed in the direction of fair competition and its inventory pricing model has been deepened and improved. The implementation of management and control of construction project cost under the inventory pricing model can effectively increase the utilization rate of funds, reduce the construction cost, realize the investment benefits and economic benefits of the construction units, and further enhance the market competitiveness of enterprises. This article analyzes the management and control of the construction project cost under the list pricing model.
