盗窃罪是以非法占有为目的,采用秘密手段窃取他人财物的行为。在主观上表现为行为人具有明知是他人财物而予以非法占有的目的,客观上表现为行为人采用秘密手段窃取财物的行为。
Theft is the act of using secret means to steal other people’s property for the purpose of illegal possession. Subjectively, it shows that the perpetrator has the purpose of illegally possessing other people’s property knowing it as others, and objectively acts as the perpetrator stealing the property by secret means.
