稻瘟病是在世界范围内广泛分布的水稻真菌病害,控制该病的为害必须有效利用抗稻瘟病基因.抗病基因pi5包含2个独立遗传的NBS-LRR类基因Pi5-1和Pi5-2,为了解该基因的抗谱并使其在抗病育种中得以有效利用,本研究利用辽宁地区分离出的6群15个生理小种对携带该基因的单基因系接种,结果表明单基因系对其中12个生理小种表现中抗或抗病,只对其中3个小种表现中感或感病,这说明pi5抗病基因抗谱较宽,是一个可在辽宁地区广为使用的广谱抗稻瘟病基因.为了提高该基因的选择效率,使其在抗病品种选育中发挥更大的作用,本研究根据pi5-1和pi5-2的CDS序列设计特异性引物,并通过基因扩增和测序比对,获得了6对用于育种亲本材料或杂交后代抗稻瘟病基因型检测的标记,为携带pi5抗病基因育种材料的分子标记辅助育种提供了参考.

This indicated that the pi5 resistance gene had a wide spectrum of anti-resistance and was widely used in Liaoning Province In order to enhance the selection efficiency of this gene and make it play a more important role in the breeding of resistant varieties, we designed specific primers according to the CDS sequences of pi5-1 and pi5-2, 6 pairs of primers were used to detect the genotypes of blast resistant genes in breeding parents or hybrids, which provided a reference for molecular marker-assisted breeding of pi5 resistant gene breeding materials.
