The future of the real estate market is based on the consumer-oriented housing market, not the “investment goods” market, real estate regulation and control policies may be long-term, institutionalized housing prices will drop 20% in the future, 30%, or down 50% All kinds of “guess” and “expected” are all over the place. However, as far as we understand it, the concern of all parties now that housing prices fall is still the positioning of real estate as an investment product market. This idea seems to be in line with Premier Wen’s response to the real estate issue and is inconsistent with the ultimate goal of real estate regulation that the government has repeatedly emphasized .
