党的十四届三中全会确定了要建立现代企业制度的改革目标。企业党建工作如何适应这一要求而加以实事求是的改进,这不仅是新时期党的建设需要解决的一个重要课题,也是保证现代企业制度健康发展需要做好的一篇大文章。一、坚持党的政治核心作用不变,建立“四心合一”的中国式现代企业领导体制,党组织的作用由直接实行政治领导向间接领导转变我国国有企业建立现代企业制度,党组织的地位和作用在党的十四届三中、四中全会《决定》以及《企业法》、《公司法》中都有明确规定,即发挥政治核心作用,保证监督党和国家方针政策的贯彻执行;公司中党组织的活动,依照中国共产党章程办理。但一个时期以来,强调党组织的任务和作用较多,而在赋予体现地位的职权方面考虑得较少,缺乏具体的操作依据。我们认为,在适应现代企业制度要求的同时,必须解决企业党组织地位与作用不相适应的矛盾。依据《公司法》的原则精神
